Discover Yourself & Your Path To Psychological & Emotional Balance
mental health Treatment
Overland IOP recognizes the importance of a holistic approach to treatment. Our dedicated staff of clinicians is trained in multiple therapeutic modalities that allow them to have an individualized approach to treating each client. Therapists work with clients to guide them in achieving their goals and succeed throughout long-term recovery and overall mental health.

Depression
Clinical depression is a mood disorder characterized by symptoms such as a persistent sense of hopelessness or sadness, low self-esteem, and a lack of energy, motivation, or interest.

Anxiety
Anxiety is a common disorder in which a person exhibits persistent thoughts of distress, fear, and worry about situations that are not normally considered to be excessively stressful.

Dual Diagnosis
Dual diagnosis is the condition of suffering from mental disorder and an alcohol or drug problem at the same time. These conditions occur together frequently.

PTSD
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder can manifest in a wide variety of ways. Typically, PTSD develops after an event or series of events that are particularly traumatic.
Addiction Treatment
At Overland Intensive Outpatient, our philosophy is to treat mental health by addressing the co-occurring disorders which exacerbate and drive the individual back through the stages of relapse. This includes all-inclusive treatment programs that meet the client where they are at and utilizing evidence-based approaches.

Alcohol
Alcohol addiction is a physical or mental dependence on alcohol. Alcoholism is the most severe form of alcohol abuse and involves the inability to manage drinking habits.

Heroin & Opioid
Opioid addiction, whether it involves the abuse of prescription painkillers like oxycodone or fentanyl or substances such as heroin, is a serious disease that can often be fatal.

Prescription drugs
Prescription drugs abuse (Pharmaceutical Addiction) is the use of a prescription medication for a reason other than why the doctor prescribed it.

Methamphetamine
Addiction to methamphetamine, a stimulant more commonly referred to as meth, is one of the most difficult addictions to overcome.
